Ingredients of Hello Sunshine Tinted FAESTICK:
Active ingredient: Zinc oxide 245mg/g Other ingredients: Caprilic capric triglyceride, Ricinus communis (Castor) Seed Oil, Cocos Nucifera (Coconut) Oil, Theobroma cacao (Cocoa butter), Copernicia prunifera (carnauba) wax, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Euphorbia Cerifera (candelilla) wax, Tocopherol acetate (Vitamin E), Iron oxides
THE GOOD STUFF:
Zinc oxide is a powdered mineral that sits on top of the skin, scattering, reflecting, and absorbing UVA & UVB rays. Zinc Oxide is a effective active Facestick ingredient to give broad spectrum protection.
Castor oil is a vegetable oil obtained by pressing the seeds of the castor oil plant (Ricinus communis). We use castor oils because of it’s high concentration of unsaturated fatty acids. Castor oil has many powerful benefits on the skin and we use it because of it’s natural protection.
Coconut oil has a natural SPF. Like coconuts themselves, coconut oil is rich in essential fats. These essential fats are thought to keep the skin healthy and rejuvenated. Coconut oil is often used as a moisturiser for the skin. We adore coconut oil and use it in many of our products.
Cocoa butter is high in fatty acids, which is why it’s often touted for its ability to hydrate and nourish the skin and improve elasticity.
Carnauba wax comes from the leaves of the carnauba palm, a plant that grows in northeastern Brazil. In hot, dry weather, the palm secretes wax to protect its leaves from damage. We use it in our sunscreen for natural skin protection
Simmondsia chinensis oil (jojoba)
Jojoba Oil is known to moisturize, soothe and protect. We love that it’s a light oil brimming with vitamin E.
An odourless hypoallergenic wax suitable for all skin types. It’s especially good for sensitive skin.
