Refund policy
Please choose carefully as TTN Baby Warehouse Online does not give refunds . if you simply change your mind.
However, within the first 14 days of purchase, the product can be returned for a store credit or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You must provide Proof of Purchase
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind, you need to provide the original receipt and do so within 14 days of the purchase date to obtain an exchange, or store credit, provided the item is in original condition as purchased, unused and including all packaging (internal and external) manuals & accessories. Unfortunately, if you do not have your receipt we are unable to accept returns. For hygiene reasons, some items cannot be returned even within the 14 days. We do not offer refunds for changing your mind, or for the product not doing what you want it to do.
TTN BABY WAREHOUSE reserves the right to:
- Refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been damaged due to inappropriate use (deliberate damage, misuse or neglect)
- Refuse a refund for free/bonus offers or items
- Refuse a refund for damage caused by non domestic use
- Clearance / discontinued items
We do not provide refunds, exchanges or store credits on discontinued or items that were reduced to clear, if you change your mind.
REPAIRS / WARRANTY CLAIMS
We will repair your product at no charge if it displays a manufacturing fault within the warranty period. Proof of purchase will apply. Repairs due to non-manufacturing faults will be charged.

If you believe an item is faulty, you will need to return the item to your nearest TTN Baby Warehouse store complete with instruction manuals and all accessories. We may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If the product has been assessed and is not faulty or has been damaged due to inappropriate use, deliberate damage, misuse or neglect, TTN Baby Warehouse has the right to refuse a repair or exchange.
Exchanges will be accepted via courier or post at the expense of the customer, or customers can exchange items instore with receipt of purchase.
